However, those who have experienced it first-hand will certainly say that it is no big deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>You can&#8217;t get to sleep for several nights, you wake up several times a night feeling very tired, you have a big task tomorrow, you want to rest, but you still can&#8217;t fall asleep, you only fall asleep at dawn, you get up feeling \u2018like you&#8217;ve been smashed\u2019, your eyes burn and sting, \u2018like sand\u2019 &#8230; At work, it&#8217;s hard to concentrate, you feel weak, and in the evening it&#8217;s the same story all over again. A familiar situation? Eventually, you may feel completely exhausted, losing the joy of life&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>On the other hand, how much sleep should we get to be sure we are getting enough sleep, or as much as we need to restore our body&#8217;s strength and maintain our health?\u00a0 It is generally agreed that a healthy adult should get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep a day. But this is only part of the answer to an important question. Because it turns out that it&#8217;s not only how much sleep you get, but also how you sleep.
