The text you enter in the chat is transmitted to the artificial intelligence service provider Anthropic, PBC (USA) to generate a reply; data is transferred on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and is not used to train AI models. The chat history is stored only in your browser session and is not stored on our server. Please do not enter personal or health-related data in the chat. If you leave an enquiry via the assistant (name, e-mail, message), this data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reminders about an unfinished order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you entered your email address at checkout but did not complete the order, we may send up to three reminders about the items left in your cart. For this purpose we store your email address and the contents of your cart; we do not collect IP address or device data for reminders. The processing is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) &#8211; to remind you about a purchase that was started but not completed. Records are deleted automatically within 15 days. You can opt out immediately at checkout (the link below the email field) or in any reminder you receive, and you have the right to object to this processing by writing to info@rexsan.lt. The emails are sent from our own system &#8211; cart data is not transferred to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Newsletter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address and, if you provided it, your name. The subscription is confirmed by double opt-in: we send a message with a confirmation link to the address you gave, and until you click it you are not added to the list. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). We keep the data until you unsubscribe; you can unsubscribe using the link in any message you receive or by writing to info@rexsan.lt. We use the MailerLite platform to send the messages; it acts as a data processor under a contract with us.
